Upcoming story map (guide) feature


Hey handies - I'm not very good at progress reports, so I am making an effort! 😝The upcoming 3.2 will have some fixes for fan-translations, bug fixes, and the new feature 'story map'. 

Story map won't be available to demo users on all scenes, and won't bring up the pink arrow branching icon until you have a basic achievement of that scene. It shows where you are in the story and all possible paths - when you hover it says what options are available or what requirements there are to go down the path (shown as switches for particular requirements).  It darkens the path you've taken in this scene for this playthrough too.

Currently I've just got this feature locked behind a easy achievement. I'm still considering - does this feel too much like 'cheat mode', 'god mode' etc? Should I hide pathways you've not done, or leave it at this 'here's all the possibilities'? Should it darken paths you've done in the past (which would make the save system more complicated)

For now, once I've got it all working, I'll roll out as-is - but am looking for feedback on whether it reveals too much of the mysteries/funny sections of the game.
